REQUIREMENTS * Licensed official, lawyer, or equivalent * Experience in homeowners' association management. * Knowledge of TAAF, Gesfincas or similar software is highly valued. * Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling interaction with diverse audiences and effective negotiation. * Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a dynamic environment. * High level of organization and attention to detail, as well as analytical skills for making informed decisions. * Proficiency in office tools and willingness to learn new technological platforms applied to the sector.
