Job Summary: Cemssa is seeking a Pool Lifeguard with maximum responsibility for site safety, emergency assistance, and user care. Key Highlights: 1. Maximum responsibility for pool safety 2. Hiring a Pool Lifeguard for lifeguard services at the municipal swimming pool of Calafell Mas Romeu. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Functions and working conditions for each position category are those established in the applicable collective agreement at any given time. Among others, they include: * Assuming maximum responsibility for pool site safety in the broadest sense. * Acting as first responder in case of accidents or emergencies, in accordance with current regulations. * Rescuing individuals involved in aquatic accidents. * Attending to users, transporting persons with disabilities, and assisting persons with reduced mobility. * Maintaining the first-aid kit and medical equipment in optimal condition. * Inspecting facilities, showers, and adjacent areas before opening to users and after closing the premises. * And, in general, any other similar duties assigned by the company. **Specific Requirements:** * Holding one of the qualifications established by Law 3/2008, of April 23, on the Practice of Sports Professions: * Possession of the initial cycle of studies for Technical Sports Specialist in Rescue and Lifeguarding, or the corresponding professional certification or professional qualification, or an equivalent or higher qualification. * Minimum academic qualification: School Certificate, Basic General Education (EGB), Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), or higher (or duly validated equivalent studies). * Proof of registration in the Official Register of Sports Professionals of Catalonia (ROPEC). * Prior work experience as a lifeguard is desirable. **Working Hours:** Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, 11:00–19:00 h.
