We combine artistic avant-garde with traditional manufacturing processes. **What We Offer** -------------------- * **Contract:** Permanent full-time contract (following an initial probationary period). * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) or fixed shifts, depending on the plant area’s requirements. * **Environment:** Direct integration into a solid, internationally renowned company with a unique cultural heritage. **What We Require** ------------------- **Job Mission** Ensure the correct execution of assigned production process stages, adhering to established timelines and the brand’s technical specifications. **Minimum Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in industrial environments, continuous production factories, or similar artisan workshops. * **Manual Dexterity:** Skill, steady hand, and attention to detail for the safe handling of fragile porcelain pieces. * **Residence:** Preference for candidates residing in the A Mariña Lucense region or with immediate relocation availability. * **Personal Competencies:** Ability to work effectively in a team, rigor in following and complying with technical instructions, and proactivity. **Desirable Requirements** * Vocational training (Intermediate Level) in Ceramic Product Manufacturing Operations or equivalent. * Prior specific experience operating industrial machinery and industrial processes. ### **Follow Us on LinkedIn!** ### **Share This Job Posting**
