Job Summary: We are seeking kitchen staff for general or grill assistant roles, with enthusiasm to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for individuals eager to join a kitchen team in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. You may focus on two main areas. The first option is as a general kitchen assistant. Your primary tasks will center on washing dishes and utensils, occupying most of your working day. You will also assist in preparing simple dishes, such as french fries or esqueixada, without requiring prior experience. Initiative and eagerness to learn will be valued, with opportunities to progressively train in other kitchen duties. The second option is as a grill assistant. Here, you will work directly with the person in charge of the grill, learning how to operate the grill — a cornerstone of our offering. This is an opportunity for training, and if you demonstrate aptitude, you may become responsible for the grill. For either position, it is important to be agile, able to collaborate effectively with others and work well under pressure, and highly motivated to learn and improve.
