




TECHNICAL PROJECT ENGINEER – TECHNICAL OFFICE Ametller Origen is a growing company in the food sector that comprehensively manages the production and commercialization processes of its products. We are seeking a Technical Project Engineer for our Technical Office to ensure comprehensive technical drafting, management, and follow-up of new store openings and renovation projects across the Group, ensuring regulatory compliance, adherence to internal standards, and correct on-site implementation — all aimed at positively impacting the Ametller Origen brand attributes. **What will you do?** \- You will be responsible for the technical drafting of new store opening and renovation projects, ensuring their technical feasibility and alignment with Group objectives. \- You will design proposals for new store openings and renovations, ensuring consistency with functional, technical, and brand image criteria. \- You will support the Expansion Department during the implementation phase of new store opening projects, providing technical input for decision-making. \- You will review projects to ensure compliance with all applicable current regulations (technical, urban planning, safety, accessibility, installations, etc.). \- You will review projects to ensure they meet the internal standards defined by the Group. \- You will manage the technical relationship with external engineering firms supporting the projects, ensuring proper coordination and alignment with internal requirements. \- You will manage relations with municipal technicians from local councils, tracking procedures, requirements, and permits necessary for project implementation. \- You will be responsible for project monitoring during the construction phase, acting as the liaison with site managers, external engineering firms, local councils, property owners, and neighborhood associations — ensuring correct execution of the approved project. \- You will monitor the schedule and defined phases of each project, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions. \- You will analyze key information linked to project objectives and expected outcomes, reporting it to the responsible person to facilitate decision-making. \- You will identify opportunities for improvement in project design, drafting, and implementation processes, proposing actions to optimize timelines, quality, and costs. **What are we looking for in you?** \- Degree or Bachelor’s in Technical Architecture or Higher Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. \- An organized, communicative, team-oriented, autonomous individual with strong orientation toward internal clients. \- Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. \- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading company in the sector, with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. * To become part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team within an inspiring and responsibly autonomous work environment. * Compensation commensurate with experience and value added. * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time position. * Workplace: Olèrdola / Remote work. *Do you want to join our team?*
