Could this be you? The **Plant Supervisor** ensures safe, efficient, and quality-standard-compliant operations at the plant, leading the team during their shift and ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures, and production objectives. **As Plant Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:** * **Safety and Compliance:** + Lead and supervise the safety of all personnel present on site during the shift. + Ensure compliance with EH\&S regulations and procedures (BSP, SWP, risk assessments, incident reporting, Master the Basic). * **Operations and Production:** + Supervise that all operations are carried out according to established procedures. + Plan and optimize daily production (classification, filling, preparation) using available resources. + Ensure final products meet quality specifications. * **Team Management:** + Organize and optimize the work team, promoting versatility to meet objectives and manage absences. + Facilitate and document shift handovers. * **Inventory and Maintenance:** + Monitor inventories of raw materials, finished products, and empty containers across various warehouses. + Ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. + Manage work permits in coordination with the Safety Manager. * **Administration and Objectives:** + Meet objectives agreed upon with the Plant Manager. + Ensure correct execution of administrative tasks. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Professional Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in team management roles, preferably within industrial production environments. * Valid license or certified qualification per **UNE 58451:2016** for operating forklifts and/or pallet trucks. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Cylinder filling procedures and associated equipment, as well as applicable legislation. * Transport regulations (**ADR**) and related requirements. * Application of basic safe work practices and EH\&S standards. * **Competencies:** * Ability to communicate **effectively** and build strong interpersonal relationships. * Capacity to **motivate, lead, and develop teams**. * Results orientation and efficient resource management. **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills. * Comprehensive care package: Health insurance \+ Life insurance \+ Pension plan. * Flexible compensation to cover meal vouchers, transport vouchers, health insurance for family members, and childcare vouchers. * Vacation days: 22 days \+ schedule adjustment days. * Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and development within the company \+ Training platform: You choose what you want to deepen. * Special discounts on your favorite brands as an employee of Carburos Metálicos. ### **\#LI\-AD2** ### **\#LI\-Onsite** We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
