We are looking for a director for one of our residential facilities located in Pla de Santa Maria through Grupo Mimara. Responsibilities: \- Ensure the implementation of operational plans by verifying the proper functioning of facilities and services. \- Participate in inspections, audits, and meetings with collaborating entities. \- Supervise continuous staff training and development. \- Manage commercial, logistical, and technical resources, optimizing each center's resources and supporting teams in daily management. \- Budget control, KPI analysis, corrective and improvement measures, ensuring budget compliance with allocated resources. \- Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment. \- Basic knowledge of public tenders, interpretation of regulations, ratios, and legislation related to the sector. \- Ensure compliance with current sociosanitary regulations. Requirements: \- University degree in social work or similar field. \- Minimum demonstrable experience in managing sociosanitary centers or similar. \- Master’s degree in Geriatric Residences is desirable.
