Meeting room management and inventory tracking A company based in Castelldefels is looking for an office assistant with a disability to carry out general office tasks (visitor reception, phone calls, supplies control, etc.). Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, office assistant or similar role. Requirements: Disability certificate of at least 33%, vocational training qualifications (FPGM or FPGS) in Administration or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and advanced English level. Offer: Permanent contract. Part-time schedule of 4 hours per day. Working hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (flexible). Gross monthly salary: €1083 (12 payments per year). Tasks include visitor and call handling, meeting room management and booking, and procurement and shipment control. Postal mail tracking and monitoring of material and supply inventories.
