




We are looking for a Commercial Office Director in the HR/ETT sector! Do you have experience in Human Resources or ETT and a clear focus on results and customer service? This opportunity is for you! YOUR MISSION \- Expand the client portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and carry out active prospecting in the Southern Catalonia area. Main responsibilities: Acquire new clients in Vilafranca, Tarragona, Lleida and surrounding areas. Analyze the market and identify commercial opportunities. Manage and monitor key accounts. Visit companies to identify staffing needs. Present our services and prepare commercial proposals. Coordinate with the recruitment team to effectively respond to client demands. Maintain strong, long-term business relationships. Requirements Minimum 2 \-3 years of sales experience, preferably in ETT or HR companies. Knowledge of the business landscape in Southern Catalonia. Strong negotiation skills, autonomy, and goal orientation. Own vehicle and availability to travel within the region. High level of Catalan and Spanish. Client portfolio and/or industry contacts are a plus. Benefits Permanent contract (6-month probation period). Hybrid working model \- 2 days remote work per week (after probation period). Salary range: 35\.000€ \- 40\.000€ gross annually plus performance-based variable pay. Professional development opportunities.
