




At REVISA we are looking for a nursing assistant to perform the functions of coordinator of a team of caregivers for a residence for elderly people. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the care service, coordinating both caregiving staff and the medical and organizational aspects of the facility, always ensuring the quality of care and the well-being of residents. Main responsibilities: Coordination of the caregiving team: shift planning, task distribution and monitoring compliance with care protocols. Healthcare and medical supervision: ensure correct administration of prescribed treatments and medication, supervising medical guidelines. Management of incidents and emergencies: act as the main point of contact in unexpected situations, ensuring a rapid and effective response. Direct contact with healthcare professionals and families: communication and coordination with doctors, nurses and residents' families. Planning and control of schedules: preparation, validation and adjustments of work rosters for personnel under their responsibility. Service quality monitoring: ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal REVISA protocols. Training and support for the team: promote a collaborative work environment, ensuring motivation and development of the caregiving team. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Technician in Care for Dependent People (TAPSD) or equivalent. A Degree in Nursing will be especially valued. Previous experience in coordination roles in elderly care residences. Knowledge of medication administration and following medical instructions. Organizational and leadership skills. It is essential to have maintained direct contact with families and healthcare professionals, ensuring service quality and proper communication.
