Possibility of a permanent contract **Description:** ---------------- Proman Spain is recruiting a production operator for an important company located in the Bages region, working morning, afternoon, or night shifts from Monday to Friday. Candidates must be available for immediate start. Prior experience as a production operator in industrial companies is required. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble, operate, and maintain production machinery. * Monitor the production process and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Collaborate in teams to meet production targets. * Report proper equipment functionality and prevent potential breakdowns. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Comply with safety regulations. **Requirements:** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a production operator in manufacturing plants. Driver’s license category B and personal vehicle are mandatory. Residence in the Bages region is essential.
