Job Description
**Rol Talent** is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor.
You will be responsible for verifying and managing operational processes within the warehouse area, ensuring required quality and productivity.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Management
* Monitoring staff attendance per shift.
* Promoting team-driven improvement proposals.
* Ensuring compliance with company-wide standards, including GMP and occupational health and safety.
* Supporting the implementation of occupational risk prevention (PRL) culture.
Operational Planning and Coordination
* Planning and monitoring daily loading and unloading operations, reporting any incidents to your immediate supervisor.
* Allocating staff across various workstations based on their versatility and the department’s/involved areas’ operational workload.
* Coordinating appropriate use of equipment according to assigned tasks.
* Optimizing warehouse workflows and routes, avoiding non-value-adding movements.
Operational Control and Procedure Compliance
* Verifying shipments to ensure correct materials and quantities meet quality standards.
* Verifying and identifying all finished product unloading operations.
* Resolving and analyzing SAP-related incidents reported by supervised staff.
* Ensuring compliance with all established procedures.
Safety, Order, and Coordination
* Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness.
* Conducting monthly safety inspections.
* Completing the weekly checklist and correcting any deviations identified.
* Coordinating with other departments as required by operational needs and resolving any arising incidents.
**Requirements:**
* Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FPII) or equivalent qualification.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Practical experience operating reach trucks, including certified training.
* Prior experience in people management roles within industrial environments.
