GEA Farm Technologies, a global leader in technological solutions for dairy production, is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead technical service activities in the province of A Coruña, based in Santa Comba. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, experience in industrial or electromechanical environments, and the ability to lead teams. This role combines leadership, operational management, and customer orientation, playing a key role in ensuring service excellence for our customers and driving after-sales business growth in the region. What will be your mission? Lead and coordinate the field technical team, ensuring proper execution of installations and services, fostering team development, and guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.### **Your responsibilities and tasks**
* Lead and coordinate the A Coruña service technician team from the Santa Comba office.
* Ensure proper execution of GEA equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective services.
* Plan and optimize technical resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
* Monitor key service KPIs, including productivity, quality, response times, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with GEA quality and safety standards.
* Manage professional development, training, and performance evaluation of the technical team.
* Provide technical support for complex incidents and customer escalations.
* Drive continuous improvement of service processes and operational excellence.
### **Your profile and qualifications**
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Alternatively, minimum 3 years of experience in similar or technically responsible positions.
* Prior experience in managing technical teams or supervising field service.
* Knowledge of electricity, automation, industrial mechanics, and electromechanical equipment.
* Experience in maintenance, installation, or technical service environments.
* Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in IT tools and service management systems.
* English language skills are an asset.
* Willingness to travel within A Coruña.
* Valid driver's license (Class B).
