Main responsibilities include: \- Planning and scheduling. \- Team and resource coordination: Supervise workers and teams involved in the project, including contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Ensure sufficient resources are available and utilized efficiently. \- Cost control. \- Compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. \- Problem resolution. \- Safety: Prioritize workplace safety and ensure adherence to all safety practices and protocols. \- Quality control: Monitor work performed to ensure compliance with established quality standards. \- Reporting and documentation. \- Change management.
