**Description:** ---------------- Grup Carles is collaborating with an industrial company closely linked to the paper industry to incorporate a person responsible for leading and coordinating the personnel and productive resources of the production shift. If you are a professional with experience managing production teams in industrial environments and would like to become part of an attractive project within a family-owned company, this is your opportunity. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Reporting directly to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Leading and coordinating the shift: machine operators, line workers, pulpers, warehouse and maintenance staff (8 \- 10 people). * Assigning tasks according to capabilities and supervising execution. * Managing personnel incidents (absences, leave, etc.). * Conducting shift handovers according to established standards and ensuring service continuity. * Managing and supervising production schedules. * Verifying that products are manufactured within food safety and quality standards. * Ensuring correct use of visual boards, production records, and associated documentation. * Managing and optimizing production changeovers (molds, end-of-line changes). * Ensuring proper palletizing and handling of finished products. * Performing initial interventions to resolve technical issues. * Reviewing the operation of machinery and auxiliary installations. * Providing technical support and coordinating breakdown resolution with maintenance. * Participating in machine adjustments and parameter settings during format changes. * Enforcing the use of PPE and identifying workplace hazards. * Guaranteeing good hygiene, manufacturing, and food safety practices. * Promoting proper waste segregation and environmentally sound practices. **What can we offer you?** * A leading company in its sector, well-established with a long track record. * A family-oriented yet highly dynamic environment with an intense work pace. * Job stability and strong opportunities for career progression within the organization. * Full-time position on American shift (6\-4\). * Annual gross salary of 30\.000 \- 35\.000 euros, negotiable based on candidate's experience. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Candidate with strong communication skills and clear orientation toward shift management. * Proactive and motivated to lead and improve American shift production. * Higher vocational training in chemistry, electromechanics, or similar field valued. * Essential prior experience in a similar role managing production teams.
