Are you ready to grow your career with us? * Temporary contract * Stable employment with a sector-leading company. * Private mutual insurance. * Flexible compensation. * On-site company cafeteria with partially subsidized meals at our Pallejá facilities. * You will join a pleasant working environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage and excellence. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Manage and process orders for the NTS area, reporting directly to the Order to Cash Sales Manager and maintaining close contact with the Back Office Order to Cash Sales team. **Main Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will provide support in the following areas: • Customer / supplier onboarding • Creation of Purchase Orders (reorders) • Receipt / review of Quota • Order processing / modifications / cancellations • Allocation of maintenance operation costs and potential refurbishment costs according to assignment. • Preparation of delivery and collection documentation. • Invoicing (advance payment invoices, sales invoices) • Any other duties consistent with the corporate group or lower-level positions, or as assigned by the supervisor. • **Administrative Competencies:** Advanced • **Accounting Competencies:** Basic • **Sales Competencies:** Basic • **Computer Skills:** Excel, Word, PowerPoint: Intermediate; SAP: Advanced • **Languages:** English: Intermediate
