




Job Summary: IYMESA is seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join its department, responsible for managing invoices, purchase orders, inventory, and providing general support. You will be a key member of the procurement team. JOB DESCRIPTION IYMESA, a company belonging to IMESE Group, is looking to incorporate a Procurement Administrator into its Purchasing Department. If you have experience in procurement and strong operational capabilities, this is your opportunity! We seek candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will be a key member of our team, actively participating in the department’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, among others: * Processing and controlling supplier invoices. * Managing delivery notes and internal purchase orders. * Comprehensive control of company assets. * Management and tracking of tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Conducting and verifying the annual inventory. * Collaborating in supplier qualification processes. * Supporting fleet vehicle management. * Maintaining the procurement and supplier database. * Providing general administrative support to the department. **What are we looking for?** * Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably within Procurement or Administration departments with management responsibilities. * Proficiency in Office 365\. * Experience using ERP systems.
