




Position Summary: The Project Manager will plan, direct, and ensure the success of projects using assigned teams and Flowserve standards, working with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate activities of matrix teams and manage expenditure expectations. **Position Summary:** The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and ensuring the success of projects using assigned teams, as well as the standards, practices, and tools established within Flowserve. They will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project activity is regularly reported to the customer and executed in accordance with agreed technical specifications and project terms and conditions. **Your Responsibilities:** * Demonstrate full accountability and responsibility for overall project execution, performance, and safety from initiation through to completion. * Drive improved customer relationships by creating a work environment free from unfavorable circumstances or perceptions, and by meeting or exceeding customer expectations. * Ensure a “clean order” prior to commencing work and utilize the change management system to control scope and costs throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate the activities of all matrix teams involved in each project. * Manage expenditure expectations for each assigned project. * Communicate milestones, status updates, and any existing or potential escalation issues to all relevant parties, following appropriate processes. * Experience in program/project management related to seals and systems, pumps, and valves. * Ability to resolve warranty issues with a customer satisfaction–focused approach. * Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of meetings and workshops. * Teamwork, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. * Experience using Microsoft Office. * Other duties as assigned. **Your Profile:** * Excellent estimation, scheduling, and budgeting skills. * Proven experience in risk management and change management. * Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean training (preferred). * Experience working with rotating equipment. * Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or 2 years of related experience. * Willingness to travel approximately 20%. **We Offer:** * A variety of benefits alongside a competitive salary.
