Production Operator

Job Summary: We are looking for a machine operator/handler to carry out production operations, perform equipment adjustments, lead format changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. Active participation in a collaborative team **Your Responsibilities** ----------------- * Carry out production operations according to the established sequence and quality standards. * Perform roll changes, splices, material replenishment, and equipment adjustments. * Lead and assist in format changeovers following defined SOPs. * Transport goods and maintain a tidy and clean workplace. * Complete production documentation and conduct sample controls and inspections. * Identify and report incidents, implement contingency measures, and participate in continuous process improvement. * Comply with safety regulations, use equipment and PPE correctly, and contribute to sustainability and waste management. **Your Profile** ------------- * Technical vocational education (medium-level qualification). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a machine operator or handler in consumer goods manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of GMPs and regulations governing the manufacturing of healthcare products. * Ability to work collaboratively and strong interpersonal skills. * Forklift operation skills (valid license is desirable). * Proficiency in using computer tools and production control systems.
