Your mission will be to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities, guaranteeing compliance with our food safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Main responsibilities:** + **Preventive and corrective maintenance**: carry out periodic inspections and repairs to ensure the proper and safe operation of facilities and equipment. + **Maintenance task management:** document interventions in the GMAO system, including hours worked and materials used. + **Supervision of external suppliers:** coordinate contractor work to ensure quality and timely completion. + **Proposal of improvements:** identify opportunities to optimize processes and equipment, prioritizing food safety. + Diagnose and resolve incidents in PLCs and automated systems. + **Regulatory compliance:** ensure adherence to food safety and environmental regulations, immediately reporting any deviations. + Maintain clear communication with the maintenance supervisor regarding incidents and risks. **Profile we are looking for:** We are looking for an autonomous professional with strong electromechanical knowledge and communication skills, as you will act as the key link between maintenance technicians, the supervisor, and other stakeholders such as suppliers and visitors. * Education: medium or higher vocational training in industrial mechanics, electricity, mechatronics, automation or similar. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics. * Experience in welding (TIG or electrode experience will be especially valued). * Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. * Knowledge of food safety and HACCP, with experience in good manufacturing practices (GMP). * Experience in computerized maintenance management (CMMS/GMAO). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Competencies: organization, responsibility, proactivity and strong communication skills. **What we offer?** At Morella Nuts, and within the Barry Callebaut group, we care about people and offer an environment where small details make a difference: * Well-being programs: psychology services, coaching to support your physical and mental health. * Stability and growth opportunities: continuous training and real career possibilities within an innovative multinational. * Collaborative environment: you will be part of a team committed to excellence and innovation, where your ideas are heard. * Flexible compensation package with numerous benefits. * We are a thoughtful company and will surprise you when you least expect it.
