Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator to plan and coordinate routes, supervise teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve operational incidents in real time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and coordinate daily transportation routes. 2. Supervise and manage the driver team and traffic personnel. 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and resolve operational incidents. Grupo Carreras, founded in 1933, is a leading family-owned logistics company and a European reference in the sector. Today, it offers all industry-specific services: national and international transport, multimodal transport, warehousing, distribution, handling, co\-packing, palletizing, and logistics consulting. We are looking for a TRAFFIC COORDINATOR for our Masquefa branch. What will your day-to-day look like? \-Plan and coordinate daily transportation routes. \-Supervise and manage the driver team and traffic personnel. \-Ensure compliance with transportation and road safety regulations. \-Resolve operational incidents and issues in real time. \-Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency. \-Prepare reports and performance analyses of traffic operations. \-Maintain smooth communication with customers and suppliers. WORK SCHEDULE: Afternoon shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Will you join our team? Minimum Requirements: \- \-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation sector. \-Experience in team management and coordination of traffic operations.
