Learn more about us at: https://vidara.com/es\-ES **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Join the Regulatory Affairs Department of a leading chemical products distribution company undergoing continuous growth. * Temporary contract through the company **(Maternity leave cover).** * €24,000. * Partial subsidy for the corporate cafeteria service (daily menu price: €2.55) * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday: 8:25 a.m. \+ 45-minute lunch break; Fridays feature an intensive morning shift from 6:40 a.m. with flexible start and end times (between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) * Remote work policy: up to 8 working days per month, with a maximum of 2 days per week (starting from the 3rd month). **MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Your primary mission will be to carry out the department’s administrative tasks by performing the following functions: * Requesting documentation from suppliers * Archiving and coding documentation * Keeping databases updated (folders and Excel files) * Creating a documentation database on SharePoint * Performing work in compliance with GDP for all procedures related to the pharmacy division * Reviewing and preparing technical documentation **WHAT DO WE NEED?** An organized, systematic, and well-organized individual who brings: * Educational level: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS), preferably in Administration * Microsoft Office 365, especially intermediate-level Excel * English level B2 – spoken and written comprehension * Experience using SAP and SharePoint is desirable
