You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive working environment. **Main responsibilities include:** * Preparing menus, events, etc., under the direction of the Head Chef. * Properly arranging tools, utensils, and work materials. * Organising refrigerators and cabinets. * Cleaning all utensils used in food preparation (pots, trays, saucepans, ladles, skimmers, knives, etc.). * Preparing raw ingredients (potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, onions, garlic, eggs, etc.). * Preparing stocks, salads, sauces, and participating in inventory management. * Cleaning and organising your workstation and collaborating in the overall kitchen cleanup. **We offer:** * **39-hour weekly working schedule, Monday to Friday.** * Morning shift * **Temporary disability replacement contract, with potential to cover other positions** * Your dedication and talent will be recognised with a salary aligned with the applicable collective agreement.
