At **Celler Privat**, a winery belonging to the **Peralada Group**, we are seeking to hire a **Vineyard Farm Worker** to join our field team on a permanent basis. **What We Offer:** * **Permanent contract, immediate start.** * **Gross annual salary**: to be agreed upon. * **Intensive 8-hour workday**, adapted to daylight hours: * 6:00 – 14:00 * 6:30 – 14:30 * 7:00 – 15:00 * 7:30 – 15:30 * 8:00 – 16:00 * Integration into a leading wine group, offering a stable and well-organized work environment. * Outdoor work, with direct contact with the vineyards and surrounding territory. **Main Responsibilities:** * Vineyard cultivation tasks: winter pruning and green pruning, raising wire supports, planting stakes, trellis repair. We have a project for new vineyard plantings. * Winter pruning and green pruning. * Trellis repair and maintenance. * General maintenance of the agricultural surroundings. **Location:** * **Castellví de la Marca.** Estate: **Ca l’Almirall de Puigdespí.** **Desired Profile:** * Prior experience in agricultural work, especially in vineyards — highly valued. * Responsible, consistent individual with physical work capacity. * Interest in a stable, long-term position. * Valid driving license (Class B) is mandatory.
