Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse to participate in individualized care plans, administer medication, monitor patients, and manage clinical records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active participation in interdisciplinary care plans 2. Medication administration and vital signs monitoring 3. Resident follow-up and clinical record management * Participate in working sessions aimed at developing and monitoring the Individual Interdisciplinary Care Plan (IICP) * Preparation and administration of medication * Monitoring of vital signs * Monitoring residents' condition and recording and managing clinical histories. * Implementation of medical instructions. * Direct supervision of meals according to prescriptions. * Communication with families * Provision of nursing care * Supervision of material and medication stock. * Incident handling.
