The candidate we seek is an active and solution-oriented individual, capable of teamwork and service-oriented. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Negotiating transport prices according to operational needs, volume, and seasonality, ensuring competitive conditions. * Actively searching for and evaluating new logistics providers to expand and improve the transportation network. * Managing customer forecasts, ensuring appropriate resource and transportation capacity planning. * Tracking shipments with issues, coordinating corrective actions with providers, and keeping customers informed. * Maintaining frequent and operational communication with customers, providing support, up-to-date information, and solutions to their needs. * Participating in periodic internal meetings focused on qualitative improvement. **What you need to succeed at XPO:** * Ability to lead, build teams, and motivate others * Skill in conflict resolution, decisiveness, and problem-solving * Proactive and flexible individual with management capability and strong customer orientation * Ability to plan and organize volatile/changing processes * B2-level English proficiency is desirable
