Job Summary:
Supports recruitment and selection processes—from job posting to interview coordination and report preparation—collaborating in hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and supervise personnel selection projects.
2. Actively participate in designing the department’s annual recruitment plan.
3. Grow professionally within a leading company in the tourism sector.
- Schedule and supervise assigned processes and projects under the support and guidance of the Senior Technician and/or Manager.
* Support recruitment and selection activities for assigned positions; participate in designing the department’s annual recruitment plan.
* Publish and promote job openings on portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to identify candidates matching the required profile.
* Coordinate and conduct telephone, in-person, or virtual interviews.
* Administer technical, psychometric, or situational assessments when necessary and manage their interpretation.
* Prepare candidate evaluation reports based on interviews and collected test results to report to internal clients.
* Prepare selection reports and keep the candidate registry updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database.
* Coordinate interview logistics (scheduling, rooms, video calls) and communicate outcomes to candidates and requesting departments.
* Recommend suitable candidates to department heads and support hiring decisions.
* Facilitate documentation delivery for new employees.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and data protection laws.
Requirements
Education:
Required:
* Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Desirable: Postgraduate degrees or specialized courses in: Talent Management; Organizational Psychology; Digital or Inbound Recruitment.
* Proficiency in digital tools:
* Microsoft Office suite.
* Automation tools (e.g., chatbots, Calendly).
* Psychometric and competency assessment tools.
* Knowledge of selection techniques, methods, and materials.
Experience:
Desirable:
* Prior experience performing similar duties as a Selection Technician at a Temporary Work Agency (ETT), recruitment consultancy, or HR Department—especially large-scale recruitment (ideal in large corporations or consultancies).
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); job portals (Indeed, InfoJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Proficiency in digital tools: Microsoft Office suite; desirable: automation tools (e.g., chatbots, Calendly).
* Familiarity with psychometric and competency assessment tools.
* Knowledge of selection techniques, methods, and materials.
