LASER CUTTING OPERATORS FOR SHEET METAL (M/F)

Sandoval\-Martínez is an industrial company based in Mollerussa (Lleida), specializing in metal transformation, boiler-making, and industrial mechanics. From our production facilities, we manufacture metal parts and assemblies for various industrial sectors, performing in-house processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly. We are a company with a strong industrial vocation, committed to quality, technology, and continuous improvement—but above all, to the people who make our daily operations possible. We are currently expanding our team and seeking laser cutting operators for sheet metal. We are looking for responsible individuals eager to work, learn, and grow professionally with us. Your mission will be to prepare, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines, ensuring that parts are manufactured in accordance with production orders and established quality standards. What will you do on a daily basis? You will review manufacturing orders and prepare production. You will select and load the required material for each job. You will prepare the machine before starting production and verify the condition of its components. You will execute cutting programs and supervise the manufacturing process. You will detect potential incidents and perform necessary operational adjustments within established procedures. You will carry out dimensional checks on the first pieces of each batch. You will verify the quality and finish of manufactured parts. You will perform assigned autonomous maintenance tasks. You will keep the machine and workplace clean and orderly. You will report any production, quality, safety, or maintenance incidents. * Minimum experience: 1 month. Prior experience in laser cutting is not mandatory.
