




You will lead the product portfolio strategy in the metal forming segment (cold and hot deformation), guiding its development, positioning, and market profitability within the industrial sector. You will act as a technical-commercial reference and the key link between the market, product development, and sales teams, ensuring differentiated value propositions aligned with technological trends and sustainability. **Areas of responsibility:** ----------------------------- In product management: Definition and coordination of the Marketing Mix: positioning, pricing, customer sub-segmentation. Analysis of portfolio profitability and complexity. Monitoring KPIs for product launches and productivity. Product documentation development (PIM). Technical coordination for localization of new products (forging sector). Translation of market needs into requirements for the development laboratory. In market development: Positioning as an expert in metal forming processes. Management of key relationships with customers, associations, research centers, and industry clusters. Technical-commercial support to the sales force during visits, trials, and training. Collaboration with PMs and BDMs to deliver integrated solutions. Joint presentations with sales teams at strategic accounts. In knowledge management and leadership: Creation of technical content and success stories. Development of internal training for the sales network. Act as a thought leader in the industry through publications and active participation in FUCHS Group committees. **Job requirements:** -------------------------- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Expert knowledge of industrial lubricants and cold/hot metal forming processes. More than 8 years of experience in the lubricants industry and metal forming processes. Project Manager experience in multidisciplinary environments (R\+D, Sales, Supply Chain). Ability to analyze competition, market trends, and technological offerings. Customer orientation, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, initiative, agility, and strong communication skills required. Strong understanding of commercial environments and applied technical knowledge for customers. Fluent English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
