We are seeking a candidate for our production site in Tarragona to temporarily fill a laboratory analyst position due to a medical leave. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Conducts multiple analyses of various types. * Performs measurements, weighing, and other related tasks. * Analyzes production samples for Quality Control (total analyses, pallet/octabin checks, special analyses, mechanical properties, vicat, HDT, specimen injection for color and other various tests, etc.). * Performs analyses requested in response to customer complaints. * Manages inventory of reference sample bottles and color plates. * Completes and authorizes work permits that do not require hot work permits. * Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** ------------------ **Education** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control. **Other Requirements** * Training in analytical techniques and laboratory practices. * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems. * Basic Level Occupational Health and Safety Training Course. * Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Ability to maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace. **Contact Information** --------------------------- For further details or inquiries, please contact Human Resources at hrspain@lyb.com
