The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in roles related to research and development, both in mechanical and electronic fields. Their main responsibility will be to lead and supervise the activities of the R\+D team (3 people), ensuring proper execution and compliance with established deadlines in development projects. Among the **specific responsibilities** of the role are: * Lead the development of new R\+D projects from conception to implementation, managing all technical and logistical aspects. * Coordinate the work of engineers and technicians in the team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to align projects with market expectations. * Supervise testing and prototyping, analyze results, and propose improvements. * Participate in budget preparation and project planning, ensuring optimal use of resources. * Participation in international trade fairs. Attending the headquarters in Italy and coordination between both locations. * REQUIREMENTS * Degree in electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering. * Experience managing an R\+D department in a similar industrial sector as mentioned. * Availability to travel to the headquarters in Italy and international fairs. * Team management capability (3 people).
