If this resonates with you, we would be delighted to meet you. **What are we looking for?** -------------------------- We seek to welcome a **Senior Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Technician**, primarily oriented toward preventive management, who also wishes to contribute to maintaining and improving the integrated management system. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** ----------------------------------------- * Lead the company’s preventive management, promoting a safety culture across all organizational areas. * Investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing their causes, preparing corresponding documentation, and implementing necessary preventive measures. * Prepare, review, and update risk assessments for various job positions and facilities, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Plan and deliver occupational health and safety training and information sessions for internal staff and partner companies. * Manage and supervise Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring correct delivery, usage, and legal compliance. * Coordinate periodic meetings with Management and Prevention Delegates, monitoring agreed-upon safety and health actions. * Review and update facility cleaning and safety protocols, ensuring their proper implementation. * Collaborate in maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System, participating in tasks related to Quality and, occasionally, Environment. * Carry out assigned tasks while guaranteeing compliance with quality and safety standards and established deadlines. **You are the ideal candidate if you bring…** ------------------------------------------- * Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three specialties. * Prior experience performing occupational health and safety functions, preferably in an industrial environment. * Knowledge or experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\).
