\- Follow established procedures to ensure laundry process quality. * Integrate and comply with established standards, SOPs, and checklists. * Perform professional tasks related to sorting, washing, drying, ironing, dispatching, and quality control of hotel linens. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of facilities, offices, warehouses, and machinery. * Comply at all times with safety and environmental regulations. * Complete established checklists (opening, service, and closing). * Report any issues detected in the maintenance of machinery and tools to your supervisor. * Report any quality-related problems concerning the items (stains, poor ironing, improper folding, condition of customer-provided garments, etc.) to your supervisor. * Ensure proper shift closure by leaving your work area clean and in good condition. * Adhere to the Company's Service Philosophy and Culture, ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements \- Intermediate-level education (Vocational Training Certificate). * Prior experience as a warehouse assistant, delivery driver, or similar roles is desirable. * Valid Class B driving license is desirable.
