Join our team and advance your career at a company offering growth opportunities where you can make a difference—and where no two days are ever the same. **About the Role** As part of our expansion in the automotive sector, we are looking to hire a **Weight & Data Analyst** to participate in R&D projects, contributing to the analysis and management of technical data related to vehicle weight control. **Responsibilities:** * Analysis and management of vehicle weight data * Input, validation, and maintenance of information in consortium systems (GAIA, MBV, among others) * Technical support during homologation processes * Preparation of periodic monitoring reports and reporting * Identification of deviations and definition of corrective actions * Planning and execution of weighing campaigns at different stages of the vehicle lifecycle (prototypes, production series, benchmarking) * Monitoring and control of weights by model and engine type **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or similar) or Higher Vocational Training in Automotive Engineering * Prior experience in the automotive sector or in technical data analysis * Advanced proficiency in Excel * Analytical profile with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and rigor * Valid driver's license **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with industry-specific tools such as GAIA or MBV * Prior knowledge of the automotive environment **What You’ll Love About Working Here?** We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Development and Work-Life Balance initiatives, including, but not limited to: Buddy program to support you during your onboarding. 24 vacation days + 2 personal days + December 24 and 31 + option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year.
