**Description** --------------- Company, TALLERS SERRA, S.L., a manufacturer of industrial machinery for the corrugated cardboard sector, located in Martorell, needs to fill the position of **SENIOR MECHANIC ASSEMBLER / FITTER** with the objective of collaborating within the assembly team for project development, working individually or as part of a team, supported by the project manager and workshop supervisor. We offer the opportunity to work in a company experiencing significant growth at both national and international levels, where you can participate in various projects that allow you to continue your professional development. **Functions** ------------- * Assembly and adjustment of machinery * Interpretation of technical drawings and 3D assemblies * Verification of machining processes and tolerances * Commissioning at the client's site * Custom manufacturing according to requirements * Knowledge of lathe and milling machine operations for finishing touches * Coordination of tasks with and for other team members * Pneumatic systems knowledge * Basic electrical knowledge * Coordination of internal and external teams Will report directly to the project manager and workshop supervisor and will coordinate with the design engineer and other mechanics assigned to each project. Direct influence on the machine assembly process, potential to be designated as team leader **Knowledge and Skills** -------------------------------- * Good communication skills, as direct contact with clients is required. * Commitment to both projects and the company. * Proactive and solution-oriented individual, capable of addressing typical challenges during assembly and commissioning. * Knowledge of lathes, conventional milling machines, welding, blueprint interpretation, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Intermediate level of English. **Requirements** -------------- **Minimum education:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Industrial Mechatronics/Electromechanics. **Minimum requirements:** o Ability to interpret technical drawings and 3D assemblies o Pneumatic systems knowledge o Basic electrical knowledge o Knowledge of lathes, conventional milling machines, welding, blueprint interpretation, pneumatics, and hydraulics o More than 5 years of experience o Intermediate level of English **Desired requirements:** o Immediate availability o Willingness to travel o Residing near Martorell **Advantageous:** o Experience with rotary and hydraulic machines.
