We are looking to hire an **Electromechanical Maintenance Technician** to strengthen our team and continue growing together. **What will you do?** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial installations and machinery. * Address mechanical and electrical failures by diagnosing and resolving issues on production lines. * Maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as electrical panels, sensors, drives, and PLCs. * Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to ensure proper execution of tasks. * Participate in technical improvements and process optimization. * Comply with established industrial safety and quality protocols. * Prepare maintenance reports and record incidents in the internal system. **Requirements:** --------------- **What do we need?** * Vocational training (medium or higher level) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Electricity, Mechatronics, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (corrective and preventive). * Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and frequency drives will be valued. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Availability to work shifts and travel within the area. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (desirable depending on location). **What we offer:** * Joining a solid, expanding company with strong prospects in the industrial sector. * Stable employment with opportunities for professional growth. * Full-time position with shift schedule. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Continuous training and technical support from Gurpea's maintenance team. * Positive work environment and culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
