Opportunity to identify improvements and optimize customer experience. **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting a Customer Care Specialist for a major industrial company located in La Selva del Camp. The selected candidate will work in direct contact with the commercial, production, and logistics teams, and will be responsible for ensuring effective national and international customer service. Key responsibilities include: * End-to-end order management: receipt, tracking, and coordination with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery. * Preparation and management of transport and customs documentation (import/export). * Delivery planning via customer portals (VMI). * Direct national and international customer support via email, telephone, and meetings. * Monitoring of production forecasts and plant capacity. * Maintenance of customer accounts, price lists, and product references. * Identification of process improvements and proposals to optimize customer experience. We offer: * Temporary contract through an ETT with a real possibility of permanent incorporation into the company. * Stable project in an expanding international environment. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and Fridays until 3:00 p.m. (flexible start time between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.). * Salary: €23,000–€25,000 gross per annum (depending on experience provided). **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * University degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or international operations departments. * Knowledge of transport documentation management (import/export). * Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook). * Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, organizational capability, and customer orientation.
