Administrative support and direct sales at Food Packaging Iberia Qualifications: BACHELOR’S DEGREE in International Trade or BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Commerce and Marketing or BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Commerce; Work Experience: 60 months or 5 years; Computer Skills: MICROSOFT OFFICE; Languages: ENGLISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN, CATALAN; SPANISH; Driving License: B \+ car required to reach workplace; Contract Type: INDEFINITE-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT; Working Hours: MON\-FRI 9 AM–6 PM, 1-HOUR LUNCH BREAK; Mandatory Requirement: Disability Certificate As a Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for tasks enabling and facilitating the sales function within the Packaging Organization, such as: • Supporting sales analysis: ensuring local sales reports are reliable for sales analysis and commercial decision-making. • Administering C4C by supporting the sales team with opportunities, leads, and appointments (business analysis – reports and dashboards). • Managing discounts: coordinating with the European Discount Team (responsibility includes ensuring contracts and terms are entered into the system, sending contracts to customers, and establishing individual annual and quarterly calculations). • Executing Graphic Arts commercial agreements: coordinating and ensuring credit notes issued monthly to customers under the Graphic Arts bonus agreement. • Supporting local in-person and virtual meetings; organizing local events. • Generating and managing procurement processes on platforms such as SAP or Coupa. • Providing any administrative support related to Sales and BD departments. • Conducting direct sales – activities targeted at Food Packaging Iberia (Distributors, Local Promotions, etc.). * 60 months’ experience in commercial management and the above-mentioned functions. * BACHELOR’S DEGREE * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * French (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Italian (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade. • Master’s degree in Marketing. • High-level knowledge and skills in audiovisual management and marketing. • Proficiency in office software applications. • Advanced level of English, Italian, and French, both spoken and written. • Advanced proficiency in the Office suite. * Driving License: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2495
