




At Administracions Boronat, S.L., we are looking to hire a responsible and organized individual for our Property Management department. The main responsibility will be the comprehensive management of real estate and assets belonging to private owners, ensuring a close, efficient, and professional service. Complete management of rental properties and buildings. Issuance and control of rent receipts and other charges. Monitoring of collections and monthly settlements to property owners. Coordination of repairs, maintenance, and incident handling. Direct communication with owners and tenants. Archiving and updating of property-related documentation. Client acquisition for lease agreement formalization. Knowledge of the Urban Leasing Act (LAU). * Experience: 1 year. Minimum one year of experience in property administration or asset management is required, including knowledge of processes related to property rentals, receipt issuance, collection tracking, and interaction with owners and tenants. Office environment experience and familiarity with real estate management software will be valued. * Degree in Business Administration, Public Management and Administration, Law, or similar * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Basic) * Competencies / knowledge: Professional appearance and attitude. Strong oral and written command of Catalan (mandatory requirement). Knowledge of the Urban Leasing Act (LAU) and current housing regulations. Constant updating on decrees, provisions, and regulations related to the real estate sector. Familiarity with rental price caps in Catalonia, the Rental Price Reference Index, CPI, and IRPF. Ability to interpret and apply regulations in daily contract and asset management. Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative management. Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, property management software).
