Job Summary: We are seeking a Head of Maintenance Service for the City Division, responsible for analyzing service needs, coordinating teams, and managing contracts for urban infrastructure from an economic perspective, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The position is located within the City Division, which specializes in maintaining urban infrastructure—including public roads, facilities, and green spaces—as well as installing and operating building technology. **What will you do daily?** * Analyze service requirements and propose technical and operational improvements aimed at optimizing resources, reducing costs, and enhancing service quality, ensuring compliance with client requirements. * Plan, organize, and coordinate work teams and associated service resources (in-house staff and subcontractors), adopting short- and medium-term perspectives to guarantee adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational efficiency. * Manage the service using CMMS tools, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and closure of work orders, as well as data accuracy and reliability. * Monitor contract economics through cost, production, and margin control, performing monthly closings and deviation analyses to support decision-making and corrective actions. * Prepare monthly service progress reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), incidents, objective achievement, and improvement proposals. * Develop service-related budgets (e.g., additional works, upgrades, corrective actions), ensuring their technical and economic viability. * Optimize service billing and administrative management, ensuring correct job allocation and minimizing financial impact. * Maintain direct client relations, identifying needs, proposing continuous improvements, and managing technical and economic aspects of the service. * Manage service documentation across all domains: technical, administrative, quality, and occupational risk prevention—ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. * Drive continuous contract improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize costs, increase efficiency, and improve margins. * Promote client retention by ensuring high satisfaction levels and proactively anticipating client needs. * Identify opportunities to expand the service scope or undertake new projects, supporting commercial development of the contract. **What would we like you to bring?** * Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Head of Maintenance Service. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills. **Why Sorigué?** * Because we offer a stable and continuously growing project, with opportunities to participate in a mature and expanding environment in Andalusia. * Because you will join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunity. * Because our company offers professional development opportunities. * Because you can benefit from a Flexible Compensation Package: private health insurance and meal vouchers.
