




We are a company that, after 32 years, will be closing next year due to the retirement of its partners and owners. We need a person to handle the accounting in Sage 50 for the 4th quarter of 2025 and for as long as the company’s commercial activity continues in 2026. The first task would be carried out on-site in January to record the 4th quarter of 2025 and proceed with the annual closure, in collaboration with our tax advisory firm, which prepares the electronic tax filings (the VAT return for Q4-25 must be filed by 30 January) and the first half of February, at our offices. Once the company’s commercial activity has ceased and the taxes for that quarter have been filed—i.e., all commercial income generated by the company in January, customer receipts, supplier payments, bank transactions, and others—the accounting work could be performed remotely, using either the employee’s own equipment or company-provided equipment installed at the employee’s residence, until the tax payment deadline in April 2026 for the first quarter of 2026, and coordination with the tax advisory firm regarding the corporate income tax return following the conclusion of the company’s fiscal and accounting activities. Upon successful completion of the contract, we will provide the employee with a strong letter of recommendation and endorse them to our clients and suppliers.
