Job Summary: We are seeking an R&D Technician to participate in technological projects, optimize product costs and profitability, and identify new opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. We believe in equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity to strengthen our team. **Job Responsibilities** The main responsibilities for this position include: * Participating in departmental technological projects: quality improvements, machinery upgrades, product homologation testing, among others. * Continuously optimizing product costs and profitability. * Understanding supplier technologies related to raw materials, auxiliaries, and packaging to identify new opportunities and cost improvements. **Requirements** A degree in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, or a related field is required for this position. Minimum preferred experience: 2 years; experience in the meat industry is considered a plus. Intermediate level of English, sufficient for conversational communication.
