We are looking for a university undergraduate or vocational training student eager to launch their professional career with us. We aim to hire a Sensory Analyst Intern to support the proper execution of organoleptic product control during sensory analysis sessions, ensuring that products meet the quality standards of the Ametller Origen Group. **What will you do?** * You will assist in preparing sensory analysis sessions to conduct them objectively and efficiently. * You will manage the procurement of our own products and competitors’ products required for sensory analysis sessions, following instructions from the Purchasing and Quality departments, which will validate the products required for each session. * You will support the management and preparation of samples to be evaluated during sensory analysis sessions. * You will contribute to drafting reports on the results of sensory analysis sessions to facilitate decision-making by commercial teams regarding the product. * You will support the preparation and maintenance of the tasting area. * You will document descriptive attributes of approved tasting samples under the supervision of the Quality team. * You will assume and carry out necessary tasks within the department to ensure the correct functioning of the process, while also participating in training and improvement initiatives to professionalize both your role and that of the Group. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational Training Certificate in Food Industries / Hospitality, or University Degree in Agri-Food Industries, Food Science and Technology. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Microsoft Office (Intermediate level). * Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to complete your internship at an industry-leading company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. * Join a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating work environment with responsible autonomy. * Paid internship. * Work location: Olèrdola (Vilafranca del Penedès). *Do you want to join our team?*
