Position Summary: Direct support to the Site Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring industrial mechanical maintenance and piping works, coordinating teams and subcontractors. Proactive and organized profile with strong willingness to learn MASA, a company specialized in industrial maintenance, infrastructure, and building services, is seeking a Junior Engineer – Site Technician for an important petrochemical sector client in Tarragona, for mechanical maintenance and industrial piping projects. Direct support to the Site Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring works. Field execution monitoring of mechanical, piping, and prefabrication works. Production control and progress tracking. Coordination with work teams and subcontractors. Technical documentation control and management. Review of drawings, isometrics, and technical specifications. Support in material management, procurement, and supply control. Monitoring of schedule, quality, and safety compliance. Preparation of site reports and periodic reporting. Competencies / Knowledge: Technical or Industrial Engineering degree (Mechanical or related field). Prior experience (internship or 1\-2 years) in industrial construction or maintenance is desirable. Basic knowledge of mechanics and piping. Ability to read drawings and isometrics. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and office software. Proactive, organized profile with strong willingness to learn and grow in site management. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '2100'
