### **Description** At Q\-tech, we are seeking a **Product Security Manager** for an industry-leading company in electrical energy efficiency, specializing in measurement and control solutions, industrial electrical protection, and renewable energy — present in over 100 countries. You will lead the security strategy across the product lifecycle — hardware, electronics, mechanics, and **firmware** — driving adoption of Secure\-by\-Design and Secure\-by\-Default approaches within a context of strong regulatory momentum. **Mission** ---------- * Define and evolve the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) framework for embedded products. * Coordinate threat modeling and threat and risk analysis (TARA) sessions during product design. * Provide technical guidance to firmware/hardware teams on secure design decisions (cryptography, key and certificate management). * Lead and coordinate activities of the corporate PSIRT team and interface with regulatory authorities. * Promote a product security culture: training, policies, processes, and best practices. * Serve as the liaison between technical teams and senior management/executive committees. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Master’s degree or specialization in cybersecurity (desirable). * \+ 5 years of experience in product security, secure architecture, DevSecOps, or equivalent roles. * Knowledge of SSDLC, SAST/SCA, CI/CD, and DevSecOps methodologies. * Familiarity with regulations: CRA, RED, NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001, IEC 62443\. * Prior experience in embedded software development is desirable. **Offer** ------------- * Stable employment with an innovative, industry-leading industrial company. * Hybrid work model with flexible hours, including early-dismissal Fridays. * Continuous training plan. * Social benefits: optional medical insurance at competitive rates; subsidized meal plan featuring healthy, locally sourced products. 60\.000€\-65\.000€ Viladecavalls Hybrid **Contact person:** smirete@q\-techrec.com 682 701 254
