Demanding and dynamic technical environment **Description:** ---------------- At Grup Carles, we are collaborating with an industrial company in the food packaging sector—internationally established and currently expanding—to recruit an Industrial Electromechanical Technician to join its maintenance team. If you are motivated by resolving complex on-site faults and participating in the continuous improvement of production processes, this opportunity is for you! **What will you do daily?** * Join the maintenance team, working in coordination with production, quality, and engineering departments. * Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults. * Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule; record and track interventions in the CMMS. * Analyze root causes of faults and propose solutions. * Respond rapidly to production incidents, minimizing machine downtime. * Participate in format changes and machine adjustments. * Suggest and implement technical improvements to equipment aimed at optimizing production processes. * Work with industrial machinery related to printing, lamination, and cutting processes, within a demanding and dynamic technical environment. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a family-owned, growing, and professionalizing company * Technologically demanding industrial environment—ideal for continued learning * Stable project with career progression and development potential * Participation in continuous improvement of processes and machinery * Team-oriented work environment with a positive atmosphere and close-knit culture * Shift-based schedule (morning or afternoon), Monday to Friday, integrated into the maintenance team (no on-call duties); weekly rotation * Dynamic environment with a fast-paced rhythm and constant challenges * Annual gross salary of approximately €30,000–€35,000, negotiable per candidate based on professional experience provided. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Intermediate or advanced vocational training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial setting; experience with converting machinery highly valued * Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics * Experience diagnosing PLCs (advanced programming not required) * Familiarity with CMMS usage.
