Add your talent to our office team As a member of the Technical Office team within the Architectural Concrete for Facades department, your main responsibilities will focus on the development and execution of building facade projects, coordinating initiatives and monitoring architectural facade construction sites until completion, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in the creation and development of technical drawings and projects for concrete facades, with special attention to constructability and regulatory compliance. * Assist in cost estimation and budget preparation. * Develop and analyze facade projects. * Prepare graphic documentation. * Review manufacturing specifications. * Resolve incidents and coordinate internally with assembly, workshop, production, commercial, and quality departments. * Provide client support: answer queries and offer technical advice. * Coordinate and supervise construction works, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards. * Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, installation engineers, and other professionals to ensure proper integration of all project aspects. * Assist in controlling construction-related costs, perform estimations, and adjust budgets when changes or unforeseen events occur. * Assess the technical feasibility of prefabricated facade building projects, considering location, architectural design, and site conditions. * Degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Architecture (Technical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Technical Architect with drafting module). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM (expertise in specialized architectural and technical design software such as Tekla, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar). * Knowledge of structural calculations. * Building Information Modeling (BIM). * 2 years of experience in Technical Offices for precast concrete or structural systems. * Prior experience in building and construction projects, including both new construction and rehabilitation works. * 2 to 5 years of experience in site management and project execution. \#LI\-OM1
