Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities inside and outside the designated Resort areas. Project development functions. * Supervision of Preventive Activities, in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, during the execution of work and preventive measures carried out by external contractors providing Maintenance Services. * Prepare service specifications and definitions for tender requests and their subsequent analysis for awarding potential improvement works. * Prepare follow-up reports on managed processes. Operational responsibilities. * Responsible for monitoring and executing Maintenance Notices generated by areas under their responsibility. * Forward to the Building Maintenance Manager any Maintenance Notices that cannot be resolved with assigned resources and require external support. * Monitor compliance with attendance and work schedules assigned to external contractor personnel. * Manage operations required for setting up all necessary arrangements for various events within predefined cost limits. * Ensure proper execution of work, guaranteeing rational use of resources and effective coordination with Company activities. * Collaborate in creating and managing database systems for area information: authorizations, inspections, certifications, energy consumption, material and equipment inventories, analytics, etc. * Prepare follow-up reports on managed processes. * Manage, coordinate, and supervise the work of their team. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and propose improvements in this area. Requirements Education: * Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Building and Civil Works; Higher Technical Vocational Training (CFGS or FP II) in Construction Project Development, Electronics, or Electricity, or equivalent qualifications. * Knowledge of computerized Facility Management systems. * Basic level training in risk prevention. * Computer skills: Office, Autocad, Project. * Proficiency in spoken and written English.
