Location Madrid office. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Engineering of the facility and supervision of the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) phase of a singular project located in central Madrid, comprising automated mechanical systems along with their associated power and control electrical systems (PLCs, DCS, BMS), large steel and concrete structures, as well as diverse MEP/TEC installations (fire protection systems, HVAC, electrical systems, heating, communications, agronomic systems, elevators and escalators, access control, CCTV, etc.). We are looking for an Electrical Engineer whose role will include: * Conducting relevant safety and functional tests on electrical systems and specialized machinery. * Inspecting and maintaining electrical equipment. * Monitoring installations and devices/machines. * Performing inspections, identifying faults, and implementing appropriate corrective actions. * Carrying out corresponding maintenance tasks, coordinating with related departments. * Resolving issues affecting the efficient operation of electrical devices. * Ensuring proper management and maintenance of electrical systems supporting facility operations. * Coordinating MEP systems among themselves and with related departments. * Coordinating internal and subcontracted personnel involved in assigned installations. * Monitoring progress achieved, hours expended, and managing indirect costs. * Requesting materials on time and in the required quantities according to the schedule. * Complying with project specifications and planning requirements. * Supervising maintenance of LV and MV electrical installations. * Supervising maintenance of fire detection and alarm networks. * Supervising maintenance of BMS systems. * Supervising maintenance of industrial process control systems. * Supervising maintenance of the electrical components of lifting equipment. What Do We Expect From You? * Minimum Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of electrical and electronic automation. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), both software and hardware levels. * Proficiency with BIM tools (e.g., ReCap, Trimble). * Proficiency with electrical calculation software (e.g., ETAP, Caneco, Cypelec). * Experience using tools for construction planning and control. * Technical office experience (project design and technical management) is valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability to join. * B2 level English proficiency is desirable.
