DESCRIPTION **BIM Technical Office** ======================================== Eosol Group is seeking a **BIM Technical Office** to join our team on an exciting railway project located in Basauri, Biscay. If you have experience in electrical installations, drawing interpretation, and BIM coordination, we’re looking for you! **About the Role:** You will be a key member of our technical office team, actively contributing to the success of a large-scale railway project. Your work will focus on supervising and coordinating electrical installations, ensuring proper execution in accordance with drawings and current regulations, while closely collaborating on the updating and management of BIM models. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Electrical Installation and Supervision:** Actively participate in the installation of electrical systems related to railway infrastructure, ensuring quality and safety of interventions. * **Drawing Reading and Interpretation:** Analyze and understand technical drawings, electrical and infrastructure schematics to guide installation and construction tasks. * **BIM Coordination:** Work closely with the Technical Office to update BIM models, integrating information generated on-site and ensuring model consistency with actual construction conditions. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure strict compliance with all applicable safety regulations for electrical installations, the railway sector, and general construction regulations. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, recording construction progress, electrical installation activities, and any relevant incidents. **What We’re Looking for in You:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably within the railway sector or large infrastructure projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of electrical installations and technical drawing interpretation. * **BIM Experience:** Experience using and coordinating BIM models. * **Proactivity:** Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. * **Organization:** Excellent organizational and document management skills. * **Communication:** Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders. * **Commitment:** Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific BIM training. * Knowledge of project management software. * Prior experience in railway projects. **Why Join Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we are leaders in technological and engineering solutions, with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainable infrastructure development.
